I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who offers effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. I have clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, treating a variety of challenges and mental health disorders. I provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, couples, group therapy, and college/graduate students. I utilize different treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Trauma Informed Therapy, and many more based on the need of each client and their situation.
I have a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University, as well as my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from San Diego State University. I have about 10 years of clinical experience in the mental health field.
I believe in helping others find new hope, and the courage to take the steps towards change, growth, and fulfilling lives. I'm here to listen. I'm here to help.
I provide a free 15 minute phone consultation to help determine your needs. As of this time, I only offer Telehealth sessions.
My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
Individual therapy is one of the most common types of therapy. It is where the client meets regularly with the therapist to work through problems or situations they may be facing with. It is an effective treatment for a variety of emotional difficulties and mental illnesses, as well as to help improve or control symptoms that influence an individual’s well-being.
Family therapy is designed to address specific issues that affect the psychological health of the family, such as major life transitions or mental health conditions. It may be used as the primary mode of treatment or as a complementary approach.
Family therapy aims to promote understanding and collaboration among family members in order to solve the problems of one or more individuals.
Relationship or couple's counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
Group Therapy is designed to target a specific problem with individuals who share similar experiences and struggles. Members, lead by the therapist, act as a support network by sharing their stories and providing each other resources for improving a difficult situation or life challenge.
